How to Commission
Commission Status : CLOSED

I will only accept 2 commission at once, once they're filled, I won't be able to accept any more until the next time I open, which is every around 2 to 3 months from when I last opened.
(Commission status is stated here and on my twitter and instagram as well)If you're accepted, you don't have to deposit anything, you will just be notified directly by me to know you've been chosen, and another time once your turn comes up!
(You may choose to forfeit your position at any time as well if you ever change your mind before starting on your commission)If you're not accepted however, please don't take it personally! I simply did not have any more available slots! if I were to accept any more I wouldn't be able to open every 2 to 3 months and give another chance to those who I was not able to accept! Please, feel free to send me another request next time I open!I know it's not a perfect method, but it's all I can manage as an individual, I hope you understand!
My turn is up! Now what should I do?
Once your turn is up, I will notify you directly that it's time to start working on your commission!You will need to provide me with a concept art reference sheet of your character.
I will follow the reference you give me as close as possible; once I start, you cannot give me any new references to follow; you may only do this for small tweaks however.Please note that I do not provide the service of drawing a character concept art reference.
As I mentioned before, I will follow the reference you give me as close as possible, which means your reference will impact how the final result will look like!
What kind of reference sheet should I provide?
The minimum requirement of a good reference is a character with an A pose / neutral pose from front, side, and back view, with the minimum of the front view fully rendered.
The more detailed your reference is, the better!
If your character have unique accessories or items, it's better to be drawn separately.The example shown above are the minimum requirements, however I do understand that the more complex the reference is, the price to hire the artist to draw it will be higher too,
so please plan your own budget accordingly.Upfront payment of at least half of the full price model must be deposited right before the start of the modelling process, and the other half once the model is completed.
This is to avoid scams. Once the price is paid in full, I will send all of your files asap (If you're representing for a company, this can be arranged to the company's preferred method)For more information about payment and pricing, please check the Pricing tab!

I accept payment via PayPal.For locals (Indonesian) customer, payment can be done using GOPAY.Payment is split into 2 parts - 50% first payment and 50% after the whole model and all its parts are ready.
In some cases, I can ask for full payment upfront.
I will not start working on the model until the initial 50% has been paid.
I will send you the finished product only after I receive payment for the remaining 50%.

"What are your prices?"

"Do you accept work for 3D model to fix / make / finish shape keys etc.?"
Yes but only if the model were created by me. I do not accept orders and requests with models that are not created by me personally.
"Do you accept characters of any style? What concept arts do you not take on?"
No. I only work with characters exclusively in anime styles. Beyond that, I base it on personal preference. If I choose your design, I will do my best to make it the best it can be.
"What should the character reference look like? Can you create a character by referring to different artworks?"
I only work with concept art. You must have the right to use them.
I don't work with pencil sketches or other undrawn or low/nondetailed concepts.
Your character must be shown front, back, and side. If you're missing one of these angles, or if you're only showing the character from the front, I need to look at the concept first to make my final decision on whether or not I'm going to create it.
Any additional images to the main concept art are welcome (the texture of the pattern/pupils/clarification of the hairpin pattern, etc. this directly affects the model to match the concept as accurately as possible.
"What if my character design is not mine? Can you model the character design I found online?"
No. Character and the design must be original and belong to you for me to take on their modeling.
I can model outfits from characters of media as 'cosplays' for your character with some redesign.
In all other cases, no.
"Do i have to credit you in my socials?"
I highly encourage you to credit me. It helps me grow as an artist. But its not compulsory to do so.

I'm so sorry! Your message or email may have gotten buried! If I don't answer within a week, don't hesitate to send me another!
"How often do you update your clients?"
As often as they like! All you gotta do is ask!
Though I will update you once I hit a milestone in the model anyways!
"How many revisions can I ask, and for how long?"
You may ask for as many revisions as you like! Though, once the rigging process is finalized, you can only ask for minor changes (like fixes and slight modifications).
You may ask for revisions for as long as a month from when the model is finished.
"When can I expect my model to be made?"
If you're accepted in my current 2 slots, I should be able to start you commission either anywhere between immediately, or in around 1 to 2 months from accepting you!
"How long does it take to make a model?"
It usually takes around a month from when I start, but it might take a bit longer depending on the complexity of the character, or my current situation; I will let you know if any of these two are the case and if they will impact the speed at which I make models!
"What programs do you use?"
Mostly Blender, Photoshop and Unity throughout the whole modelling process.
Terms of Service
Full rights and ownership to the commissioned model, whether for Personal or Commercial use, no restrictions applied. (Except re-selling said model in any form, discussion must be had if so).
The cost of my commission is approximate and can be changed depending on the complexity of the request. I will inform you of the total cost before the process starts and this price will remain fixed. However, any modifications that change the appearance of the final model after I have started work are not allowed. We will discuss the details of the character you want to get before starting the process, so when you give me concept art to work, be 100% sure what you want to end up with. After the start of the process, any significant changes that change the general appearance of the model or its parts are paid for separately.
NDA approved, if you don't want me to talk about your project or upload images of your character in my online portfolio, or others, I won't; but the price will be risen slightly if that's the case.
Payment must be done through PAYPAL or GOPAY's Invoice system, if you're not aware of how it works, please send me a message and I'll be more than happy to oblige in letting you know how it works! (If you're representing for a company, a contract and custom invoice is also accepted)

No NSFW or "Child-Coded" characters that will be streamed within NSFW or "adult" environments. Child-coded characters will only be elligible to be chosen if they will be strictly used within PG environments.
Getting into the queue is absolutely free! All you need to do is to fill out this form and I'll get back to you and give you a quote, Once you're alright with the price I'll gladly add you to the queue once/if chosen!
To ensure trust though, I'll send consistent updates once a milestone is achieved in the process of the model if wanted, and you will be able to ask for as many updates as you like throughout the whole process.
It usually takes around 1-3 months to complete the model once the process has started. This may very depending on the complexity of the model, or my current situation, but I will let you know if any of these two are the case. Please let me know if you need it at a specific time or earlier than stated above however!
Revisions are always welcome! Even after sending the model through and completely paying for it, although after the rigging stage, only small revisions can be done. The earlier it's revised, the bigger the changes I can make!
Revision period is locked to a month from when the model's process started. No more revisions can be asked after that.

I am entitled to decline any application for a commission for my own reasons.
I forbid any use of my work for NFT related projects, commission applications will be refused.
In case of cancellation, If work has begun I will keep the 50% advance payment. If work has not yet started, 80% of advance payment made will be refunded. If cancellation is done by me, full amount paid will be refunded.
Refund will not be issued based on your dissatisfaction level. You will be provided with updates & WIPs every step of the way, you need to be vocal about what you like and what you want me to change. I will not move forward without your approval and feedback.
